Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger anticipates Abou Diaby's come back from injury will enhance the club at a time when they are in dreadful need of midfielders.
The end of Premier Season League is approaching; clubs are pushing for closing positions, escalating the significance of the three points up for clutch at each game. Unluckily for Wenger, it is through this critical period that he has lost two of his midfield players in Mikel Arteta and Theo Walcott.
Though, Arsenal were given a boost by the arrival of Diaby in the fresh draw with Chelsea. Regardless of only playing for 25 minutes, the Gunners manager was overwhelmed with the midfielder's show. As such, Wenger is optimistic the French player can bear some of the rising task in the centre of the playing field.
"I hope Diaby can play a significant role. I am a bit cautious because he just played 25 minutes but in the last three games I hope he can help us, yes." he shared with the club's official website.
